thanksgiving at Mom's

It was a beautiful day at Mom's for Thanksgiving. Turkey, Pumpkin Pie, Asti, and a few games of pool. Baked cookies, updated Christmas list with ideas. Can you believe Christmas is around the corner already. Time to get butt in gear and push those pounds out the door. Time to eat some more cookies first!

Holidays coming soon

with the holidays coming soon, making it tough to watch that weigh again. Since back injury and now my wifes neck injury, exercise has not been at the top of the priority. Therefore, it is going to take some serious focus to get on track to move oneself out of the chair and on treadmill to walk for a very long time. With another golf trip on the schedule, type to get butt in gear.

Life Changing Events

Josh, my oldest at 18 years of age has will meet a milestone on June 7th. Yes, he is going to be finishing up High School. He has done awesome in learning along the way...about life working hard and making friends and of course playing hard! Next on the list is some college education in the law enforcement world ( I hope he gives me a get of jail card ). Very proud of him, and wish and pray for his success as he makes that next life changing decision. Glad to have you as my son. Love ya man!
