Golf adds steps

Have been tracking steps again this week. Seems that I average about 4500-5000 without walking outside work. Sitting at the desk, walking to meetings; walking to lunch; walking for a cup of coffee. Does have impact on weight as I don't seem to lose anything, good news is that I don't appear to be increasing as long as I watch what I eat.

Golfed on Saturday in the wind. About 15000 steps walking the golf course at Broadlands. Seems that I don't lose the next day after walking many steps, it appears the benefits are the day after the next. As long as I am watching what I eat.

Not much walking last couple days, so I would expect to increase again. We will have to see what the number is later this week.
