Leap Day

An extra day to help lose some weight to make target 210 was not enough. It has amazed me on the number of steps and the relationship to increase in weight or lose in weight. Leap Day was a fish fry at Hideaway with a friend from work. Saturday was a tough day watching Marquette and the Bucks lose by 2 points. Sunday was a day to get to the dome to hit some golf balls, along with a movie with Linda. Watched Fool's Gold, fun treasure hunt movie to watch. Sunday steps continue to be hard to come by. Begged to go to Long John Silvers for clams and shrimp, I remember now why we don't go there any more. It has been since living in Janesville. Watched Bucks get beat bad tonight Larry Krystkowiak is not able to pull the players egos together.

Food intake:
2/29 - coffee, orange juice, french toast, canadian bacon, potato soup, veggie soup, fish and Fries, rye bread, beer, bit-o-honey
3/1 - coffee, oj, eggs and bacon, 90 cal bar, steak & cheese sandwich, soda, rice crispy bar, nachos, margarita, push-up
3/2 - 90 cal bar, oj, ham & cheese omelet, rice crispy bar, steak & cheese sandwich, soda, chips, popcorn, clams, shrimp, push-up, whey protein drink
